Duchess Park Newmarket

Duchess Park Newmarket, enjoys a focus on preserving native habitats and promoting biodiversity within the landscape that surrounds our homes. Our beautiful environment includes wild flower meadows, natural woodland and nature friendly hedgerows.

The Management Committee of Duchess Park is made up of Directors who are also residents of the estate, supported by Strutt & Parker who manage the financial affairs on behalf of the Committee and owners. The spring has arrived and our landscape maintenance contractors have made the first cut of the meadows. The areas containing wild cowslips have been carefully mown to allow these wonderfull plants to flourish and add to our biodiversity.
